Diversity Officer for ESCHE

As an international law firm, we have clients and employees who come from a variety of different countries and cultures. In this respect, we recognise the value of diversity and practise it on a daily basis.
 
For us, diversity means not only complying with the requirements of the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), but also being open to employees, clients and other third parties, regardless of age, gender, race and ethnicity, religion/belief, disability or sexual orientation. 
 
Diversity is central to our corporate culture. As a signatory to the Diversity Charter, we value and promote the diversity of our ESCHE team and our clients.
