ESCHE advises Etteplan Oyj on the acquisition of the LAE Group
The shareholders of the LAE Group have sold all shares in the LAE companies to the Finnish company Etteplan Oyj. Etteplan Oyj was advised by Esche Schümann Commichau. PKF Sozietät Dr Fischer advised the sellers.
The Etteplan Group is a technology service provider specialising in technical communication solutions, engineering solutions, software and embedded solutions. Founded in 1993, the LAE Group offers services in the field of control technology, automation technology and electrical engineering for the automation of industrial processes.
With the acquisition, Etteplan Oyj is expanding its German business activities in the field of technical services.
The transaction was led by corporate law partner Dr Götz Triebel at Esche Schümann Commichau. Associate partner Lara Bos (corporate law) and associate partner Stefan Gatz (labour law) as well as associates Dr. Lukas Eßers, Felix Oltmanns and Alexander Schrep (corporate law) were also involved.
On the part of PKF Sozietät Dr Fischer, Wirtschaftsprüfer Steuerberater Rechtsanwälte, Nuremberg, the advice was led by WP/StB/RA Prof. Dr Bertram Fischer (partner) and his colleague RA/FASt Michael Rammig (M&A).
