ESCHE advises ITIS Holding in the acquisition of VITRONIC
ITIS Holding, a portfolio company of Czech investment group PPF, has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in VITRONIC, a leading provider of industrial machine vision solutions. Together with Czech law firm BBH, Esche advises ITIS Holding in the acquisition.
VITRONIC Group is a leading global provider of industrial machine vision solutions that are mainly used in traffic control, toll systems and industrial automation. VITRONIC has more than 1,400 employees worldwide and operates in more than 80 countries. ITIS Holding is a leading provider of traffic technologies and is part of PPF Group, an international family-owned investment company with assets under ownership valued at EUR 43.5 billion and employing 52,000 people globally (as of 30 June 2023).
Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals from antitrust authorities in Germany and other relevant countries.
