ESCHE advises Veolia in the Acquisition of Schradenbiogas

BioCycling GmbH, a subsidiary of Veolia Umweltservice GmbH, acquired 94,5% of the shares in Schradenbiogas GmbH & Co. KG from BayWa Group. Esche advised BioCycling GmbH in this transaction.

Esche Schümann Commichau advised BioCycling GmbH, the specialist for the disposal of organic waste in Veolia Group, in the acquisition of 94.5% of the limited capital of Schradenbiogas GmbH & Co. KG. Schradenbiogas GmbH & Co. KG operates three biogas plants for the disposal and treatment of organic waste in Gröden, Alteno and Geislingen. The biogas plants of Schradenbiogas supplement the existing biogas plants as well as the end-to-end portfolio of Veolia Group in the area of collection and treatment of food and nutrition waste.
