ESCHE continues to impress in 2023: Focus Business again ranks us among the top commercial law firms in Germany
We are once again one of the top commercial law firms in Germany this year. This is the result of a study conducted by the research institute FactField for the news magazine Focus Business. The law firm was once again recognised in the specialist areas of labour law, corporate law, antitrust and competition law and mergers & acquisitions.
The Focus Top List of Commercial Law Firms 2023 is based on the recommendations of experts in a total of 25 specialist areas. These experts are, on the one hand, partners in commercial law firms themselves and, on the other hand, lawyers from corporate legal departments. A total of over 18,000 lawyers were surveyed. Of these, 2,520 took part in the online survey, which was conducted between 13 February 2023 and 9 April 2023.
