ESCHE strengthens its corporate law and M&A team with Dr Maximilian C. Karacz
The corporate law and M&A team at Esche Schümann Commichau continues to grow: Dr Maximilian C. Karacz, LL.M. joined the firm as a partner on 19 April 2025.
Maximilian Karacz has been advising national and international clients on corporate law for many years, including wealthy private individuals, medium-sized family businesses, family offices and global corporations. His particular expertise lies in the structuring of complex corporate law structures, advising on public and private investments and start-up financing. His profile also includes contentious corporate law disputes. Before joining ESCHE, Maximilian Karacz was a partner in the Hamburg office of an international commercial law firm headquartered in the United Kingdom.
