Plant approvals

Support in environmental law approval proceedings and consultancy in all approval law matters; review of the approval status of and compliance with plant approvals, also in transactions (due diligence review).

Site contamination and soil protection law

Provision of legal advice with regard to clean-up obligations and liability questions in connection with soil damage and contamination; representation before authorities and courts; advising on risks of dangerous contaminations in structuring contracts, in particular when purchasing companies or real estate; support in concluding clean-up contracts and in assertion of compensation claims.

Waste disposal industry

Comprehensive support of disposal companies and public-law waste management enterprises in all questions of disposal law; advice and representation in all matters of European and German waste management law; support in the structuring of disposal contracts; advising producing and disposal companies in connection with take-back obligations (packaging, electrical appliances, etc.); comprehensive support in RFP's for disposal and in privatization procedures in the waste disposal industry.

Energy law

Advice and representation in all questions of energy law; clarification and assertion of connection and remuneration claims according to the Renewable Energies Act (EEG) and the Power/Heat Coupling Act (KWKG); comprehensive support of energy industry projects and advice on acquisitions.
