Your role will involve auditing annual and consolidated financial statements, assisting with special audits, and participating in company valuations and transactions. The work you do will inform business decisions, providing clarity and reliability.
Audit-related consulting services
You provide advice on accounting, risk management and compliance. You help shape processes before they become critical, creating secure structures for IFRS, ESG reporting and business plans.
Sustainability
You review sustainability reports in accordance with CSRD, analysing ESG indicators, and help companies to report in compliance. Your work protects against greenwashing and strengthens trust.

Starting your career in audit assistance
From day one, you will work on annual and consolidated financial statements, due diligence reviews, and interdisciplinary consulting projects. You will quickly take on responsibility, analyse complex financial data, and liaise directly with our clients. You will develop your skills through targeted training, mentoring and digital audit processes.
Your path to the chartered accountant exam
We actively support you in preparing for the exam, offering time off, financial support and internal preparation courses.
Promotion to associated partner
Once you have passed the exam and gained five years of professional experience, you will have the opportunity to take on strategic responsibility as an associate partner, build your own client portfolio and develop business cases. For career changers, a minimum period of three years applies. You will work closely with the partner group and play an active role in shaping the future of the firm.
Your goal is to become a member of the partnership
After three years, you can take the next step with convincing business cases and an established client base.

Salary
When you join us, you will receive a 13th month's salary.
