Lay the foundation for your future with an apprenticeship and start your professional career. We will support you throughout your training and beyond, whether you are training to become a tax specialist, studying part-time for a bachelor's degree, or preparing for the challenging tax consultant exam.
Your next step after graduation: tax assistant
If you have a degree in business administration or economics, you will start as a tax assistant. Through targeted training and regular feedback, you will develop your consulting skills and quickly take on responsibility.
For legal professionals/associates: your place in the tax team
As an associate, you will be directly involved in active client assignments: from tax opinions to advising high-net-worth individuals and companies to supporting complex transactions.
After the tax consultant exam: take on more responsibility
As a tax consultant, you will take on client assignments, develop tax strategies and actively support our clients into the future.
The partner track: your path to management
The classic route to partnership with us is via an associate partnership. After three years, you can be appointed as a partner if you have presented convincing business cases and built up your own client base.

Salary
When you join us, you will receive a 13th month's salary.
