Your next step after graduation: tax assistant
If you have a degree in business administration or economics, you will start as a tax assistant. Through targeted training and regular feedback, you will develop your consulting skills and quickly take on responsibility.
For legal professionals/associates: your place in the tax team
As an associate, you will be directly involved in active mandates: from tax opinions to advising wealthy individuals and companies to supporting complex transactions.
After the tax advisor exam: more responsibility
As a tax advisor, you will take on mandates, develop tax strategies and actively support our clients into the future.
The partner track: your path to management
The classic route to partnership with us is via an associate partnership. After three years, you can be appointed as a partner if you have presented convincing business cases and built up your own client base.

Salary
When you join us, you will receive a 13th month's salary.
