JUVE ranks ESCHE among the top 30 employers in the tax market in 2026

The newly designed ranking is based on an analysis by the JUVE tax market editorial team. It evaluates various factors, including training and further education, employee satisfaction, salary, career opportunities, work-life balance, and internationality. The ranking is based on editorial research and the results of the JUVE tax expert survey 2025.

JUVE particularly highlights the quality of ESCHE's tax work, its close interdisciplinary collaboration with the legal and auditing departments, and the high level of satisfaction among young professionals. The working atmosphere is described as collegial and appreciative.

The tax practice scores above average in terms of work-life balance. With an average working week of around 42 hours, this is well below the market average. Support in balancing family and career is also rated positively, including offering individual solutions to young families and covering childcare costs. Around 67 per cent of the tax advisory team are women.
