Hiring Process

Every career is unique, just like our application process. The steps may vary depending on the department, but one thing remains constant: we make your path to a new challenge as transparent and efficient as possible. Learn what to expect and how you can become part of our team.

Step 1: Submission of your Aapplication

Once you have submitted your application documents, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. This way, you know that your application has successfully reached us.

Step 2: Assessment of your application

Our experienced HR team and the relevant department take the time to carefully review your application. Typically, you will receive feedback within a few days.

Step 3: Initial interview

If your application impresses us, we will invite you to a personal interview. There, you will meet your future supervisors and our HR team to learn more about the firm and your potential responsibilities.

Step 4: Getting to know your team

Depending on the position, you may have the opportunity to meet your future team in a second interview. This gives you a direct insight into the working style and atmosphere at ESCHE.

Step 5: Offer of employment

Once both you and we are convinced, the contract is finalized. We look forward to starting this journey with you and achieving great things together!
