ESCHE advises Kiwa Deutschland GmbH on the acquisition of PÜG Prüf- und Überwachungsgesellschaft mbH
Esche Schümann Commichau provided comprehensive legal advice to Kiwa Deutschland GmbH on its acquisition of all shares in PÜG Prüf- und Überwachungsgesellschaft mbH, based in Gäufelden. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
PÜG is a DAkkS-accredited conformity assessment body and offers, in particular, certification and testing of management systems as well as personnel certification. In addition, its range of services covers waste and disposal, sustainability and climate protection. Since its foundation in 1998, the company has established itself as a leading provider of testing and certification services.
With this acquisition, Kiwa Deutschland GmbH is strengthening its portfolio, particularly in the areas of management system certification, waste management, and sustainability and climate protection.
