Associate – your entry-level role
As an Associate, you will undergo comprehensive development over the first five years. We will promote your professional and personal development through our ESCHE campus programme, direct client contact and regular feedback.
Associated Partner – taking on responsibility
After five years as an Associate, you can enter the Partner track via the Associated Partnership. You will take on an increasing amount of responsibility for clients and teams, as well as actively contributing to the firm's ongoing development. For experienced career changers, a minimum period of three years applies.
Partner – achieving your goal
After three years as an Associated Partner, you can become a Partner. The prerequisites are sound business cases and your own client base, which you will continuously expand.

Salary
