Business valuation

As neutral experts, we conduct business valuations in accordance with the German Stock Corporation Act (squeeze-outs, domination and profit transfer agreements, and contributions in kind), and the Transformation Act (merger audits). In these cases, we act as independent experts appointed by the court. We also perform business valuations in an advisory capacity for our clients.
