ESCHE advises saas.group in the acquisition of gominga
saas.group has acquired all shares in the online review management software provider gominga eServices GmbH. Esche advised saasS.group on the acquisition.
saas.group has acquired all shares in gominga eServices GmbH based in Munich. Founded in 2014 by Petúr Agustsson, Wolfgang Greipl and Christian Driehaus, gominga has developed the “Review Manager”, a SaaS tool to manage ratings, reviews and questions and licenses it to numerous customers such as Bosch, Kärcher or Samsung.
saas.group acquires promising SaaS companies and further develops their product and their people. Founded in 2017 by serial tech entrepreneurs Tim Schumacher, Ulrich Essmann and Tobias Schlottke, saas.group has acquired 18 SaaS companies to date and provides products across Sales & Marketing, HR, Development and eCommerce verticals with 250 members of staff and across 30 countries.
ESCHE advised saas.group on the legal aspects of the acquistion. The acquisition of gominga is already the second buy-side transaction, on which ESCHE advised saas.group this year, following the acquisition of Zenloop in April 2023.
