ESCHE advised Elis on the acquisition of Adrett-Textil-Service GmbH
Elis, the global leader in the circular economy for textiles and hygiene services, has acquired 100 % of the share capital of Adrett-Textil-Service GmbH. ESCHE advised Elis on the transaction with an interdisciplinary team, once again underlining its proven expertise in integrated legal and tax advice for M&A transactions.
Elis is the world's leading company in the circular economy for textiles and hygiene services, operating in 31 countries and listed on the Euronext Index on the Paris Stock Exchange. With the acquisition of Adrett-Textil-Service GmbH, Elis is strengthening its business in northern Germany, particularly in the hotel, restaurant and hospitality market segments.
Adrett-Textil-Service GmbH serves the Northern part of Germany from its laundry facility located in Schuby near Schleswig. The company employs approximately 140 people and provides textile and other services primarily to customers in the hotel, catering and hospitality sectors.
