ESCHE advises Kiwa on the acquisition of BRAIN Brandschutz Ingenieurgesellschaft's business operations

Kiwa Deutschland GmbH has acquired all of BRAIN Brandschutz Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH & Co.'s business operations. KG. This expansion enables Kiwa to expand its service portfolio to include fire safety. The purchase price has not been disclosed. Esche Schümann Commichau once again provided legal support to Kiwa Deutschland GmbH for this transaction.

BRAIN Brandschutz Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG is based in Hildesheim and was founded in 2017. It offers the creation of structural, technical and operational fire protection concepts, as well as consulting and specialist construction management up to handover to the client. It also provides support with final inspections by the authorities, and creates fire brigade plans, escape and rescue route plans, and fire safety regulations. It employs operational fire protection/fire safety officers and tests fire protection concepts. It also conducts fire and smoke simulations and creates safety concepts for events.
