ESCHE advises the shareholders of Ladegrün! GmbH on the sale of their shares to Wirelane GmbH

Wirelane GmbH has acquired all shares in Ladegrün! GmbH (formerly Ladegrün! eG). The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. In connection with the transaction, Ladegrün! eG was converted into a limited liability company (GmbH). Esche Schümann Commichau provided legal support to the Ladegrün! shareholders in this transaction.

Ladegrün! eG, based in Berlin, was founded in 2020 and offers the development and operation of a green charging infrastructure for e-mobility. Ladegrün operates an extensive network of public charging stations throughout Germany, which are supplied with 100% certified green electricity. Ladegrün's charging infrastructure is particularly prevalent in locations that affect people's daily lives. These include organic supermarkets and selected sustainable retailers.

Wirelane GmbH, based in Munich, was founded in 2016 and offers innovative complete solutions for the construction, operation and marketing of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. Wirelane is a leading operator and full-service provider in the field of charging infrastructure in Germany, stands for a new generation of intelligent charging solutions and is thus actively promoting the electrification of mobility in Germany. A key focus of its activities is the expansion of public charging infrastructure in cities and municipalities, as well as in the hotel and real estate industries.
