ESCHE advises TÜV NORD GROUP in the acquisition of WIND-consult GmbH

TÜV NORD GROUP has acquired WIND-consult Ingenieurgesellschaft für umweltschonende Energiewandlung mbH. Esche advised TÜV NORD GROUP in this transaction in legal, tax and financial matters.

Esche Schümann Commichau has advised TÜV NORD GROUP in legal, tax and financial aspects in its acquisition of WIND-consult Ingenieurgesellschaft für umweltschonende Energiewandlung mbH („Wind-Consult“), including its 50% stake in Ammonit Wind Tunnel GmbH.

Wind-Consult is a DAkkS-accredited measurement institute for wind energy and offers measurements, reports and inspections for wind turbines and sites. In addition, WIND-consult provides highly specialised services such as measurement of the wind turbine rotor geometry. Ammonit Wind Tunnel GmbH is specialized in the calibration and testing of flow sensors, including anemometers and wind vanest.

With the acquisition of Wind-Consult, TÜV NORD GROUP strengthens its position in site assessment for the German and international wind energy market and its offer in the technical measurement of wind energy projects.
