Esche Schümann Commichau is strengthening its employment law team with one of the most influential personalities in German employment law: Dr Rüdiger Linck, former Vice President of the Federal Labour Court, will join the firm as Of Counsel on 1 May 2025.

Dr Rüdiger Linck was a judge at the Federal Labour Court for more than 20 years, and has been its Vice President since 2017, and has shaped the development of case law on key topics, in particular remuneration and works constitution law.
