Girls & Boys Day 2025 at ESCHE - Insights into the professional world of an interdisciplinary law firm

On 3 April 2025, ESCHE once again opened its doors to school pupils interested in legal and business careers as part of the nationwide Girls & Boys Day.

The aim of the day of action was to offer young people early guidance with regard to possible career paths. The participants were given a practical insight into the work of an interdisciplinary law firm and were able to familiarise themselves with the activities in the areas of legal advice, tax advice and auditing.

In short specialist presentations and discussions with employees from various departments, typical tasks were presented, professional backgrounds explained and individual questions answered.

ESCHE regularly takes part in career guidance programmes such as Girls & Boys Day to make it easier for pupils to gain access to challenging professional fields and to promote interest in legal, tax and business topics.
