JUVE Guide Handbook 2024: ESCHE remains the leading law firm in northern Germany in 2024

Every year, the JUVE Tax Guide selects the best tax units on the market. In 2024, ESCHE once again claimed the top position in northern Germany with five out of five stars. Dr Robert Kroschewski and Jürgen Milatz were named ‘leading names’ in northern Germany by the JUVE editorial team. In addition, Tom Kemcke, Dr Robert Schütz and Dr Julia Runte are listed as ‘frequently recommended advisors’ alongside those already mentioned.

The JUVE editorial team expressly praises ESCHE for its comprehensive advisory expertise, particularly in corporate tax projects such as restructurings. In the area of asset and corporate succession, JUVE highlights ‘the close interlinking of law and taxation’ as a particular quality, which is why ESCHE is ‘especially sought after for complex issues relating to exit taxation, restructuring and disposals’.

The JUVE Tax Guide is published annually with the aim of making the consulting market more transparent for companies. The ranking is based on more than 2,100 interviews on the perception and assessment of the market and individual consulting firms.
