ESCHE advises Elis on the acquisition of Larosé GmbH and Mitteldeutsche Wäscherei GmbH

Elis, the global leader in circular services at work, acquired 100% of the share capital in Larosé GmbH and Mitteldeutsche Wäscherei GmbH. ESCHE advised Elis on the legal and tax matters of this transaction.

Elis is the global leader in circular services, especially the rental and cleaning of textiles and hygiene services. Elis is active in 31 countries globally and is listed on the Paris Stock Exchange in the Euronext Index. With the acquisition of Larosé GmbH and Mitteldeutsche Wäscherei GmbH, Elis strengthens its German operations in Eastern Germany, especially in Berlin.

Larosé GmbH and Mitteldeutsche Wäscherei serve the eastern part of Germany through their two laundries located in Schönebeck and Berlin. The companies with their approx. 145 employees, cater mainly to healthcare and care home clients, and offer a wide range of rental and laundry services in flat linen, workwear, and resident linen.
