ESCHE advises Urlaub an der Ostsee GmbH on the acquisition of Holiday Vital Resort GmbH & Co. KG and Meer F.U.N. GmbH
Urlaub an der Ostsee GmbH, a leading company in the brokerage and marketing of holiday accommodation along the German Baltic Sea coast, has acquired 100% of the limited partnership capital in Holiday Vital Resort GmbH & Co. KG and 100% of the share capital in Meer F.U.N. GmbH. ESCHE advised Urlaub an der Ostsee GmbH on the legal aspects of the transactions.
Urlaub an der Ostsee GmbH has been brokering holiday accommodation on the German Baltic Sea coast for 50 years and supports landlords with locations in Pelzerhaken, Timmendorfer Strand, Grömitz, and on Fehmarn with the presentation, marketing, and booking of holiday apartments and holiday homes throughout the German Baltic Sea region.
Holiday Vital Resort GmbH & Co. KG operates vacation and recreation facilities with a focus on well-being, quality, and sustainable tourism, with a regional focus on Großenbrode. Meer F.U.N. GmbH is a tourism service provider specializing in the brokerage and management of vacation accommodations in Kühlungsborn and the surrounding area, including Heiligendamm and other coastal towns in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
With the acquisition of Holiday Vital Resort GmbH & Co. KG and Meer F.U.N. GmbH, Urlaub an der Ostsee is expanding its existing range of vacation and recreation services throughout the German Baltic Sea region. At the same time, it is consolidating its regional presence and creating synergies between the companies in order to offer vacationers an even more comprehensive service.
